Oregon Enterprises LLC develops real property. OELLC is currently engaged inthree primary projects. The first is in Roseburg, Oregon. It consists of 2 - 5.25 acre view lots and 1 - 12 acre lot on the east ridge. The 12 acre can be partitioned. The second project is on the outskirts of Scottsburg, Oregon. It consists of 4 beautiful river view lots overlooking the best fishing hole on the Umpqua River. The third project is located in Yoncalla, Oregon. It is 4 lots, but limited to 2 building sites, both of which have homes on them according to Douglas County Planning. Each is approximately 3 acres, again according to Douglas County Planning.
Concealed and Carry Handgun Training: OCHLC.COM (email link) provides concealed handgun training to qualify students for their Oregon and Utah Concealed and Carry Permits. For those who wonder how there is a "fit" with a property development company the rational is this: Real property development on a small scale happens over sometimes long periods of time. These training classes initially provided a positive cash flow to the company while we processed through the real property process. We have four instructors of which one is a retired attorney. Instructors are NRA instructor certified to teach NRA Basic Pistol Classes. They are also Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification certified Concealed Firearms Instructor for the state of Utah.
